Teacher Retention Project is a local Arizona agency founded by special education teachers. We focus on the correct placement and on-going development for our team. Our school partners appreciate our customized approach, proactive communication, and emphasis on retention.

TRP is seeking partner districts and schools that are committed to creating and supporting a strong special education team. 

TRP has many awarded Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in the State of Arizona and several multi-year RFP awards that were recognized as Strategic Alliance for Volume Expenditures (SAVE) contracts.
